Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault which took place in Tewkesbury last week.
Officers were called following reports of an assault that had taken place on Gloucester Road at around 3.50pm on Thursday.
It’s believed that the female victim was walking along the road near to the Gupshill Manor Public House when she was approached by a group of women and men who grabbed and pushed her before shouting abuse.
Two of the offenders were described as: A white female aged 50-55 with short thick auburn hair, of a stocky build and with a freckled complexion. She was wearing blue jeans and a jumper.
A white male aged 55-65 with short grey hair and a trimmed beard who was around 5ft 8 inches tall and of a slim build. He was wearing a green pullover/round neck jumper and blue jeans.
Anyone with information, who witnessed the incident or has CCTV or video footage is asked to call police on 101 quoting incident 255 of 7 June.
