An amber weather alert for snow and ice has been issued across Gloucestershire.
It’ll come into effect from 6pm tomorrow, according to experts at the Met Office.
Tomorrow will remain cold, and after a few hazy bright spells early on cloud will thicken from the west. Into the evening, spells of sleet and snow will approach from the south-west. Turning windy.
Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday
Windy overnight and into Sunday with overcast skies and outbreaks of heavy and persistent rain moving in. Monday will be another cold day with variable cloud, a few bright breaks and showers moving in.
Yellow alerts for wintry conditions will be in force across the rest of the UK – as temperatures plummeted to below freezing overnight.
